If you are not thrilled with your order, we are happy to accept exchanges on most items.
To initiate an exchange, please make sure your item meets the guidelines listed below and email us to get started: A member of our team will be in touch shortly with more details.
- We do not accept returns on items , however incorrectly delivered items are eligible for exchange.
- We accept exchanges on defective products within 10 days of delivery.
- You are responsible for return shipping except in specific cases.
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- CDs and DVDs must be returned unopened.
- Products can only be exchanged if the original product is defective or damaged.
- Exchanges are only available when requesting the same product due to incorrectly fulfilled order , or damaged/misprinted items.
